At CTI, we are fortunate to have an employer who continually invests in and supports the people.
This spirit of appreciation was recently demonstrated by Mr Russon, our Captain, who generously donated 10 premium inverters to the Circle of Champions members as part of a special lucky draw.
The inverters, valued at approximately R12,000 each, were awarded to lucky winners as a token of appreciation for their hard work, commitment, and contribution to the company’s success. The initiative created great excitement throughout the team and served as a reminder that dedication and excellence do not go unnoticed.
The Circle of Champions programe is designed to recognise individuals who consistently embody the values and standards of our organisation. By rewarding achievement and commitment, it encourages a culture of excellence while celebrating the people who help drive CTI forward.
