Mike Russon at the age of 22 started with his own seed Capital of R10 000 over 35 years ago. The group of companies now exceeds an annual turnover in excess of nine digits per annum.
A serial entrepreneur, he has been the founder and is still currently the CEO of our group of companies operating across multiple sectors of the economy both locally and abroad. This includes industries such as finance, health, hospitality property and service industry.
Mike believes not having all his eggs in one basket. So if a specific industry is impacted by unforeseen circumstances, then the alternative industries can be depended upon.
He attributes his success to his incredible staff, loyal clients and support of his four children Keira, Kyle, Kelvin and Levi. Mike’s continued success would not be possible without the support of his wife Simona.
Mike firmly believes that his biggest benefit of having accumulated wealth is it creates opportunity. It has enabled him to spend more quality time with his family, whether it be snow skiing, deep sea fishing with his sons, and cycling. Mike has completed 5 Cape Epics. One with his daughter Keira and another with his son Kyle.
