Let me share in my journey – since I invested in my first property, at the age of 22 years old. A R5,000 deposit secured my first investment for a plot on the top of lakeside for R50,000.
I flipped it myself for R65,000. I then purchased two plots in paternoster. My deposit secured two plots. One beach front and the other behind it. My returns within 12 months was 400 percent on the beach front plot, and 200 percent on the other plot behind. I then purchased many plots in Langebaan and flipped them for significant profits.

Over time I had flipped enough properties to build enough capital for future investments, and so my journey continued. Only this time not flipping but holding stock. Renting out at generous yields.
